As of now there are only 141 submitted HS Applications. If parents need my help, there are only 5 school days left before the deadline.
The HS admissions process has not yet opened but you can begin to prepare yourself for the auditions for La Guardia HS & Frank Sinatra. Attention St. Francis Prep Applicants!
PLEASE READ!
All 9th grade applicants must complete an SFP 9th Grade Application regardless of having taken the TACHS test, or not. https://sfponline.schooladminonline.com/users/sign_in For those students applying to SFP, letters of recommendation are NOT necessary, unless applying for one of the Named Scholarships listed on our website.
There are specific criteria that must be met in order to be eligible for these various scholarships.

When submitting report cards, or TACHS Applicant Record Forms, please send once the first marking period of 8th grade has closed. Also, due to the DOE’s citywide grading policy change implemented in June 2020 in response to COVID-19, SFP is requesting the student’s FULL 7th Grade report card to better assess applicants.

Attention 8th grade parents- I’ve contacted Holy Cross regarding applicant records. They do not want me to deliver/send them the applicant record. They want each parent to upload applicant record & report cards to their admissions website. In addition, each parent must fill out an online application on: holycrosshs.myschoolapp.com you will find the application under current 8th grader. I will try go in to school to scan & upload applicant records & report cards to send to you so you can upload all the information.

A Message from the Bronx High School of Science
Visit our Admissions page here where we have created a virtual Open House. We hope this video will give you some sense of what makes Bronx Science unique and will help prospective students and their families picture what the school is all about.
Also on the Admissions page link is a form for current 8th graders to ask a question to Bronx Science students. 8th graders can use this form to enter their questions and Bronx Science students will get back to them. We encourage the student to be the one to ask the questions. Please give our students a few days to respond. And prospective parents/guardians can ask questions of Bronx Science parents through the Parents' Association.
